Past & Future Events

Learn about ‘what works’ at our events

Explore our upcoming and past events that unite experts, people with lived experience, and practitioners in our shared mission to end homelessness. At these events we look at the latest research and innovative ideas, and exchange insights and experiences that can inspire positive change.

We hold regular events throughout the year that support our ongoing work, and we invite you to join these gatherings or watch the recordings on this page to find out what was discussed at previous events. Our flagship event is the biannual Impact Forum, which is an exciting opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals and engage in discussion that can inspire meaningful impact.

Problem debt and the risk of homelessness

April 15, 2026

This webinar on Wednesday 15th April from 1pm - 2pm will launch new research from the Centre for Homelessness Impact and the University of Bristol examining how financial pressures translate into housing crises, and why preventing homelessness requires addressing debt as a core part of the solution. The discussion will also draw on insights from the book Debt Trap Nation, which highlights how low-income single mothers and their children in England are being caught in a cycle of poverty, debt, and homelessness created not by personal failings, but by systemic state failings.
