As an Implementation Lead at CHI, Angela leads partnerships and projects that enable people working in and around homelessness to use evidence and data to maximise the impact of their work. She is currently supporting delivery of the Crisis Prevention Pathway programme in London, which supports improvements in how the city prevents rough sleeping, and is leading the codification of the No Night Out intervention and its feasibility evaluation.
Angela has built a career focused on social impact and innovation. She is particularly passionate about social innovation and CHI’s position as a What Works Centre that advances impact and prevention in the sector.
She joined CHI from a mental health startup, where she worked on innovation projects across the UK and India in partnership with the London School of Economics, contributing to the development of wellbeing programmes. Prior to this, Angela worked on behavioural and cultural change policy across Colombia and Latin America, delivering projects for the Ministry of Housing, USAID, and the Department of Culture. She has also worked with innovation methodologies for peacebuilding.
