Ella joined CHI in November 2024 as a Programme Lead.

Previously she worked as a social researcher for a sister What Works Network organisation, focussing on children’s social care. She holds an MA in Child Studies from King’s College London.

She also has 4 years of front-line experience working in a residential children’s home. In her role as Programme Lead at CHI she focuses on project management, service delivery and engaging with stakeholders.
