Eric is the Director of Strategy and Delivery, leading the Centre's efforts on translating policy into practice to end homelessness, with a particular focus on data and local implementation.

He previously worked as an independent consultant to governments and third-sector organisations around the world, combining data, strategy, and training. He also served as the Founder and Director of GovEx Academy at Johns Hopkins University, where he helped public sector organisations and employees build capacity to use data to inform their decision-making.

Eric loves helping people learn to embed new ideas and has also worked as a teacher and sports coach while living in the US, France, and South Korea.
