Graeme is Associate Director, System Programmes. In this role he leads the Test & Learn / Systems-Wide Evaluation programme.

Prior to joining the Centre he was Housing Access and Support Manager at a Local Authority in Scotland, responsible for homelessness and resettlement services private sector housing, financial inclusion and the registered housing support team.
