Graeme Gardner

Associate Director

Graeme is the Associate Director, Systems Programmes at the Centre for Homelessness Impact. His responsibilities include managing the Test & Learn / Systems-wide Evaluation programme and other test & learn projects. He is also responsible for developing systems and complexity thinking approaches to support national, regional and local governments to understand homelessness and help make the shift towards prevention.

He’s particularly interested in all things Scotland where he is based, and sharing learnings from across the four nations of the UK, using the benefits of our common and different legislation to share evidence based practice and successes.

Prior to joining the Centre he was Housing Access and Support Manager at a Local Authority in Scotland, responsible for homelessness and resettlement services, private sector housing, financial inclusion and the registered housing support team.
