Jessica joined CHI as a Programme Lead in September 2025.

She has over 10 years experience in third sector project management, the majority of which has been leading the delivery of homelessness services, including education, training and employment services and volunteer led support. She holds a Masters in Research from University College London.

In her role as a Programme Lead at CHI Jessica oversees projects within CHI's Test and Learn and London accelerator, as well as the Personal Grants project.

Having previously worked for faith based homelessness service delivery organisations Jessica is particularly interested in the role played by the faith sector in responding to homelessness.
