Jo is our Finance and Operations Lead, supporting the organisation’s day-to-day operations and financial management. She supports planning and governance, while working behind the scenes to keep our systems, processes and finances running smoothly.

Jo previously worked as a Finance Manager in the charity sector for five years, and before that spent over 12 years working in administration and business support in higher education. She is particularly interested in how strong operations and effective financial management can create the foundations for sustainable impact.
