Kerri supports the Programmes Team to deliver the Test & Learn / Systems-wide Evaluation programme and other test & learn projects. Her particular areas of focus are the Accommodation and Immigration Advice, Individual Placement Support and the AI chatbot offering housing advice trials.

Kerri applies her previous experience delivering services for migrants experiencing homelessness in London to generating evidence to what works to end homelessness. Now living in Glasgow, she is passionate about applying this learning to other parts of the UK, and advocating for a more equitable society.
