Maria is our Head of People and Development. She oversees our fundraising work, which in turn supports our programmes and keeps our day-to-day activity going.Maria joined CHI from Queen Mary University of London where she led the fundraising programme for the Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry.Prior to Queen Mary, she fundraised for the charity sector, working at Smile Train and St Martin-in-the Fields. Maria holds an MSc in Environment and International Development from UCL.
