As a Senior Associate, Michelle provides expertise to a number of projects including the London Ending Homelessness Accelerator and is shaping the next phase of work on our Hostels project.

‍With over 30 years of experience, Michelle has been involved in homelessness and rough sleeping as a provider, commissioner, and strategic lead across central, local, and regional government. Her prior roles include Rough Sleeping Programme Director at London Councils and Director of Programmes and Implementation at CHI, where she led the delivery of the Test and Learn and Systems-Wide Evaluation programme.
