
Chief Operating Officer
Shazia Hussain is the Chief Operating Officer at the Centre for Homelessness Impact, responsible for shaping the organisation's operations, financial sustainability and organisational effectiveness. She is passionate about building organisations where people can thrive and make a lasting impact.
A Chartered Management Accountant with an Executive MBA from Aston University, Birmingham, Shazia has over 20 years' experience across the charity, education and private sectors, both in the UK and internationally. Throughout her career, she has supported organisations through periods of growth and change, strengthening financial sustainability and helping to build high-performing teams.
Shazia has also held several governance roles, including as a trustee and governor of the Titan Education Trust and as an Interim Board Member at Birmingham City Council.
