Tor works in our mobilisation team, bringing the work of the Centre to wider audiences through our comms and events. This includes delivering large-scale events, such as our Impact Forum, creating opportunities to connect, share insight, and be a catalyst for change. She is particularly interested in how events can move people from awareness into action. 

With over 17 years’ experience in charity communications, she is especially passionate about working with young people. Outside the Centre, she is a Trustee at Hastings Commons and an Advisor to YourStance, both focused on improving opportunities and outcomes for young people.
